Since Paloma opened in NoMad, I pass by daily to check their pastries — so glad I don’t have to go to BK now! (Though the selection here is smaller.) 🍵 Matcha Danish — Finally got it! • Flaky, buttery croissant that almost melts • Filled with rich, gooey matcha ganache • Rimmed with dark chocolate — sweet yet balanced with bitter notes Can’t resist eating it on the go — crumbly but worth it! 🥐 Also loved their pistachio pain au chocolat and black sesame roll.
