🇺🇸 Orlando | Not Exactly Xinjiang Food… But Close Enough? 🤨

On the first night, we called the restaurant and my friend asked: “Can you speak Chinese?” The guy paused and said he was still learning – currently he can say “rice” 🍚, but he could also use a translator 😂 After ordering in English, we checked Google Maps and realized… the restaurant is actually called “CARAVAN UZBEK & TURKISH CUISINE”. At that moment, a little girl’s heart (mine) broke softly 💔 We went too late that day – no baked buns or laghman noodles left 😢 So we ordered: 🍚 Chaykhana Osh (Lamb Pilaf) – recommended by the handsome server! Tender and flavorful. 🐄 To‘s Osh (Beef Pilaf) – a bit dry, not as good. 🍢 Lamb-Jaz (Big lamb skewers) – my friend loved it, I thought it was okay. 🍞 Uzbek Bread – not recommended. Turkish Ekmek is better!
