🇺🇸 San Francisco | UCB Area’s Most Chinese-Friendly Thai Food 🌶️
Second day in SF — still no cooking gear 😭 so we ventured out near downtown Berkeley. Tried the super popular Imm Thai Street Food — and yes, it lives up to the hype! 😋 The noodles were soft yet springy — really unique texture! 🍲 The soup noodle had a laksa-like flavor with a touch of sweetness — very Shanghainese-friendly 👌 Packed with ingredients: squid 🦑, fried tofu skin, shrimp 🦐, spinach, fish balls… so hearty and delicious! Stir-fried noodles with beef 🐄 Sweet, sour, and spicy with serious wok hei — super tasty and totally suited to the Chinese palate! 🍗 Fried chicken Sweet and tangy — almost like Korean-style sauce. A bit overcooked but still decent. Portions are HUGE — we couldn’t finish the stir-fried noodles. Took leftovers home, added some veggies, and made another meal out of it!
