๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ San Francisco | UCB Areaโ€™s Most Chinese-Friendly Thai Food ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

Second day in SF โ€” still no cooking gear ๐Ÿ˜ญ so we ventured out near downtown Berkeley. Tried the super popular Imm Thai Street Food โ€” and yes, it lives up to the hype! ๐Ÿ˜‹ The noodles were soft yet springy โ€” really unique texture! ๐Ÿฒ The soup noodle had a laksa-like flavor with a touch of sweetness โ€” very Shanghainese-friendly ๐Ÿ‘Œ Packed with ingredients: squid ๐Ÿฆ‘, fried tofu skin, shrimp ๐Ÿฆ, spinach, fish ballsโ€ฆ so hearty and delicious! Stir-fried noodles with beef ๐Ÿ„ Sweet, sour, and spicy with serious wok hei โ€” super tasty and totally suited to the Chinese palate! ๐Ÿ— Fried chicken Sweet and tangy โ€” almost like Korean-style sauce. A bit overcooked but still decent. Portions are HUGE โ€” we couldnโ€™t finish the stir-fried noodles. Took leftovers home, added some veggies, and made another meal out of it! Total for two: $45 ๐Ÿ”ช โ€” pretty affordable (by US standardsโ€ฆ but still hurts a little ๐Ÿฅฒ) #Foodie #HiddenGem #StudyAbroadLife #Berkeley #UCB #StudyInUSA #InternationalStudents #CaliforniaEats #BerkeleyEats #StudentEats
