Many people have been recommending Weera Thai in Vegas π. When we walked in, it was packed β not an empty seat in sight! But... it was far below expectations π. That duck dishβ¦ big no-no π ββοΈ. It was the only meal where my friend stormed off angrily to pay the bill π€πΈ. Kinda ridiculous, honestly lol. The duck curry was confusing β the curry was super sweet! π They added lychee and pineapple, probably to enhance the flavor, but nothing blended well β each ingredient just did its own thing π΅. The duck was tough and chewy, and the skin was soft and flavorless π¦β. The papaya salad was also shocking. First, as a cold dish, it wasnβt cold at all β lukewarm on the first bite? π‘οΈ The seasoning lacked sourness and spiciness β maybe a tiny hint of sour, but mostly just sweet π¬. Tasted like it had been sitting out for a while, then someone tried to salvage it with sugarβ¦? The crispy pork was at least crispy β otherwise, I wouldβve called the police π¨.
