🇺🇸NYC East Village That Insanely Aromatic Vietnamese Spot Madame Vo

If you think Vietnamese food is all about pho, it's time to level up with this place! 🍽️ Madame Platter Grilled chicken + shrimp + honey-glazed pork + fried spring rolls + crushed peanuts + pickled radish + rice noodle sheets + mint leaves... Dip the rice paper in water, wrap it up like Peking duck with your favorite fillings, then dunk it in fish sauce or add some chili paste. One bite, and you’ll be transported 🛫️. The portion is massive—this platter alone could fill two people with lighter appetites. 🍚 Oxtail Fried Rice Incredibly fragrant oxtail fried rice, sizzling on a hot plate with a squeeze of lime. The rice crisps up beautifully, giving you that perfect “wok hei” texture. Mixed with tender shredded oxtail and chewy tendons, it’s an absolute flavor bomb 💥. 🍝 TET Noodles A Vietnamese take on black pepper and tomato sauce stir-fried pasta, loaded with shrimp and crab meat. Mix it all up for that sticky, saucy goodness—the first bite is heavenly 😍. Though on the sweeter side, it might get a tad heavy toward the end. This was my third visit, and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Their egg crêpe (Bánh Xèo), pho, braised pork ribs (Sườn Khô), and sizzling cubed beef (Bò Lúc Lắc) are all solid choices 👍. Next time, I’m trying the Bún Bò Huế, highly recommended by my Vietnamese friend! #NYCFood #VietnameseFoodNYC #EastVillage #NYCPho #StudyAbroadEats #NYU #NYUFood #Foodie #NYCRestaurantRecs 🍜✨
