Enter the building and head straight for the elevator to the 38th floor. It's free! To take photos through the glass, bring a lens hood to reduce reflections. π Asakusa Temple Cultural Tourism Center: From here, you can overlook Asakusa Temple, and on the side, you can see the Skytree!
