ake the Hibiya Line to Kamiyacho Station and walk for 2 minutes to reach Tower Plaza mall. Enter the mall on the first floor and look to the far left π to see the signs leading to the 33rd floor observation deck. There are service staff at the entrance guiding you to the elevator, taking you straight to the 33rd floor. Although it's a free observation deck, the view is really not inferior, it would just be better if the glass was cleaner haha π. I happened to arrive at 4 PM, just in time for the Japanese sunset π, and the sky was a beautiful pink. After viewing the Tokyo Tower, there's a sky restaurant above for those looking for a date spot. From the 33rd floor, take the elevator straight to B1. It's also recommended to visit the 2nd floor at Lulu and grab a coffee at the % Arabica cafΓ© on the 4th floor. Overall, since it's a newly opened mall, its popularity is steadily rising.
