One is in Shibuya and doesn’t require a reservation. 🍃🌸 The other, which opened in 2021, is located in Koto Ward and operates on a reservation - only basis, with no walk - ins allowed. 🌊🎢The counter - style experience offers a coffee tasting journey. Each group of guests is served by a dedicated barista, all of whom speak fluent English, so communication is never an issue. There are three tasting options available: Seasonal Special, Signature, and Cocktail. 🌇🌿 This time, I tried the Seasonal Special, which included a cold brew, a pour - over, a latte, and a mocktail.
