After 14 hours of brewing, the beans’ flavors were even more intense and fragrant It’s perfect for a hot summer day! 🌟 🍃🌸 The highlight was running into the head chef and team from The Alchemist in Copenhagen. I looked up and saw him—it was such a pleasant surprise! The barista proudly mentioned that many chefs from famous restaurants visit to learn about coffee. 🥰 Each barista here has top - notch knowledge, from bean grinding to brewing techniques. 🌇🌿 The entire coffee - tasting course is thoughtfully designed, making for an unforgettable experience.
