👉🏻 Today’s Tokyo Food Hunt—Ramen, Coffee🍜☕️
🎢Ginza Kagari - Soba Ramen in Ginza Tucked away in a narrow alley, Ginza Kagari is always bustling with people lining up. First, you need to queue to get a number before you can order. 🌸 After placing your order, you have to wait in line again until a seat becomes available. 🎢I ordered the chicken white soup with black truffle. The broth was indeed amazing and rich, and the noodles had a great texture. It’s a bit greasy, though, so you don’t need to order too much—just a taste will do. 🍃 I waited for about 15 minutes. I’d suggest not waiting more than half an hour; it’s not worth it. Most of the patrons here are tourists rather than locals. 🍜 🌸 Blue Bottle in Kiyosumi Shirakawa This is said to be Tokyo’s first Blue Bottle café. The coffee was really good—full of flavor but not bitter. 🍃 Even without sugar, it wasn’t too sweet, making it feel almost like it wasn’t coffee. (I’m not very knowledgeable about coffee.) #Tokyo 🌟#TokyoFoodie #Ramen #Coffee #Yakitori 🌊
