🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 England | Liverpool Notes

After spending a few days in both Manchester and Liverpool, I have to say Liverpool feels much more fun for tourists! No wonder it's known as the entertainment hub of the North. 🎉 📸 Photo Diary 📸 Royal Liver Building 🏛️✨ Topped with the iconic Liver Bird (city mascot). Nearby Beatles statue—perfect for pics! Museum of Liverpool 🏛️🐕 Cute Bananalamb dog statue out front—another city symbol! Liverpool One Shopping District 🛍️🧸 Mid-to-high-end stores, including the biggest M&S in Liverpool. Bonus: Paddington Bear statue (his eyes are so pure! 🥹). Albert Dock ⚓🌆 Stunning waterfront views, especially at night with light reflections. Nearby War Museum (skipped it, but history buffs might love it!). 11-13: Prescot (Nearby Town) 🏡🍽️ Quiet in winter, with cozy bistros & cafés. Pinion Restaurant: Best calamari I’ve ever had! (Portions were small though 😅). Liverpool Anglican Cathedral ⛪✨ Largest cathedral in the UK—absolutely breathtaking! Mathew Street (Bar Street) 🍻🎸 Home to the Cavern Club (Beatles’ old gig spot) and Music Hall of Fame. St Luke's "Bombed Out" Church 💣⛪ Bombed in WWII—interior destroyed but exterior intact. Eerie yet fascinating! Philharmonic Dining Rooms 🍖🥧 Famous for roast dinners & pies. Fun fact: Their men’s restroom is ridiculously fancy—ladies can peek too! 😆 #TravelDiary #Liverpool #UKTravel #Beatles #HiddenGems #FoodieAdventures 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿✨
