The menu changes seasonally and is quite compact. 🦀 【North Sea Crab】 Signature crab dip with bread 🍞—the crab broth is a tad salty, but the bread helps balance it (though you only get one small slice per person 😅). 🐂 【Beef Tartare】 Delicious raw beef with a tangy sauce (maybe balsamic?) and crispy potato strings for texture. Flavor = 👍, but the portion was shockingly small—just a tiny mound in a big bowl. 🥔 【Potato Udon】 Udon made from potatoes! Soft, starchy noodles with a slight earthy aftertaste.
