πΈπ¬ Let me secretly enjoy this Thai restaurant.
It's tucked away in a small corner of Robertson Quay, which might be a bit hard to find, but you should be able to locate it with Google Maps. For friends who love meat, you can order moo ping! But don't let the name mislead you βΌοΈ It's more like spare ribs rather than the skewered moo ping we usually have outside. The flavor is very fragrant, and the meat is truly crispy, not tough at all. With the dipping sauce, the taste is instantly enhanced π― Pad Thai is not spicy or heavy in taste. Since it's stir-fried with tomato sauce, it has a sweeter flavor, which is a bit different from others outside. The shrimp π¦ are cooked just right, easy to peel, and have a plump, satisfying texture. The noodles are also al dente, neither soft nor hard. Grain-fed Striploin beef is cooked decently, but a few pieces on the side might be a bit tough. Charred corn som tum was unexpectedly π¦ delicious! Since it was my first time trying papaya salad, I thought it would be plain, but it's not! This dish is really refreshing, with a tangy and fragrant flavor, definitely worth a try! #ExploreSingapore #SingaporeFoodDiscovery #Singapore #WhatToEatInSingapore #SingaporeFood #SingaporeFoodExploration #SingaporeThai #SingaporeThaiCuisine #SingaporeThaiFood #SingaporeFoodRecommendations
