When it comes to French cuisine, how can you miss out on foie gras and snails? This is a famous snail specialty store that has been open for nearly 200 years and is considered an old internet celebrity in Paris. 🐌 Snails 6 pieces/18 € 12 pieces/36 € There are many flavors available, including Tradition classic garlic/Cheese/Truffle/Foie Gras, etc. We ordered a dozen mixed-flavored snails, including three flavors: garlic, cheese, and black truffle. I have to say, the snails here are plump and delicious, with a rich taste; the sauces are quite strong, especially the black truffle sauce, which is very flavorful. The breadsticks dipped in the leftover seasoning in the snail shells are simply irresistible. 🐸 Grilled Frog Legs 17 € The surface is golden and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The French garlic style is unexpectedly fragrant and quite suitable for Chinese stomachs. Just a bit too oily. 🍽 Lunch Set Menu 19 € Seeing how super value-for-money it was, we ordered it. You can choose three dishes to customize your own combination. (Menu see P7) We chose six snails, a huge portion of meatball spaghetti, and a dessert. The dessert was not bad, not too sweet. To be honest, the piece of meat that I'm not sure whether it's pork or beef, although very large, was too bland and had an average texture; the set menu wins on its large portion and affordability, but there was some meat left uneaten at the end. 🏛 Close to the Louvre, a ten-minute walk away. 🔖 Need to book in advance, as the restaurant is very popular and crowded with both Europeans and Asians.
