Recently, I've been craving ribs, so I made plans with a friend from Utrecht to give them a try. It's best to book in advance since they're quite famous and popular. We ordered the All Star Ribs, which come in three different flavors, solving the dilemma of choice hhh. I was worried it wouldn't be enough, so I also ordered extra, which is probably about one more rib's worth. So, the cost per person is roughly 20-30 euros. 🤤 Flavor choices: Seasonal 🌿 - This one has a charcoal-grilled flavor with spices and has received praise from people from Ordos. Sweet 🍬 - It has a bit of a sweet taste, and my friend saw that I liked it and said that the taste in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai is indeed sweet. Spicy 🌶️ - As expected, it's not particularly spicy even in the Netherlands. They provide wet towels before and after the meal to wipe your hands, and the menu is very high-quality.
