π¨π¦ Vancouver | So Canadian cuisine is so delicious π
The value for money is top-notch, and the interior is very beautiful. πΈπ You can order Γ la carte or a tasting menu. π½οΈπ₯ #Dora's Exploration Diary π in Canada It's a Michelin-recommended restaurant, but not many people know about it. π€«π We had the place to ourselves for the 6:30 PM dinner, haha. The waitstaff were very patient. ππββοΈ Recommended dishes: Smoked oyster: (A must-try) π¦ͺβ¨ This dish comes with a plum-flavored crushed ice and caviar on top of the oyster, very creative, and it's my first time trying it! Sour and sweet, very appetizing. Covered with a glass dome, when opened, it's surrounded by a mist of smoke, visually appealing and delicious. A perfect amuse-bouche! Recommendation Index: ββββ Foie Gras Tart: This is their signature dish, with a sweet and sour taste and a touch of the saltiness of foie gras, rich in taste and texture. The vanilla tart has fruit particles in the middle and a layer of foie gras at the bottom, topped with a layer of mousse. It's not too sweet. But I'm not a big fan of mousse. Recommendation Index: βββ ROASTED SCALLOPS: These pan-fried scallops are incredibly delicious, with a crispy exterior and a tender interior, especially fragrant, highly recommended! Recommendation Index: βββββ CHEEKY BERKSHIRE: This is the best pork neck meat I've ever had. It's not greasy at all, and the meat is very springy and chewy. The side dishes are strawberries and some nuts. Recommendation Index: βββββ CARAMEL MISO SABLEFISH: (A must-try) I was completely blown away by this dish, I didn't leave a single grain of rice. Because it's really too delicious! The cod fish is pan-fried to be very tender, melting in your mouth, with side dishes of mushrooms, rapeseed, and fregola sarda, a type of pasta from Sardinia, Italy, which is very chewy, I especially like to chew on it, forming a sharp contrast with the tenderness of the cod, the flavors are very well integrated. Absolutely divine! So delicious! Recommendation Index: βββββ DARK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE: At first, I thought it was old yogurt, and I ate a lot of it. With cocoa powder and apple pieces, it's still good. The small cubes at the bottom are a dessert made of coconut flakes, I'm not a fan of coconut flakes, haha. Recommendation Index: βββ I personally feel that as long as this restaurant continues to operate, it will definitely reach the star level in the future. The main dishes are better than the appetizers, and are very designed and creative, not the same old Italian or French cuisine. #VancouverLife #Vancouver #Canada #VancouverExploration #VancouverFood #VancouverSurroundings
