2025 Tokyo Cherry Blossom Viewing 🌸

I really wanted to slow down and spend more days exploring, but unfortunately, my itinerary only allowed for a one-day layover in Tokyo. 🌸 On the 26th, I managed to visit three spots within half a day: 🌟 Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden – Entered through the Sendagaya Gate for 500 yen (IC cards are accepted). With a variety of cherry blossoms and several trees in full bloom, you can even witness the beautiful "sakura snow" when there's a breeze. 🌸 This was my favorite cherry blossom spot of the day! 🌸 🌟 Koishikawa Korakuen Garden – 300 yen (mainly weeping cherry blossoms; it seems smaller than Rikugien. The highlight might be the dome background? If you're short on time, you can skip this one). 🌟 Shioiri Park – Free admission (only early-blooming cherry blossoms; the highlight is the Tokyo Skytree backdrop. Unfortunately, there was some dust on the day I visited; otherwise, the blue sky and white clouds would have made it even more beautiful). ❤️ Although the cherry blossoms weren't in full bloom, seeing them was already a bonus for my short trip! The weather has been pleasant these past few days. ❤️ After Tokyo announced the blossoms on the 24th, they've been growing well. By the 27th, many places already had beautiful blooms. 🍀 If you have more time, I bet the cherry blossoms along the Meguro River and Kanda River are also looking great now. I hope everyone has a successful cherry blossom hunt ❤️. 🍀 Sometimes, adjusting your expectations can lead to delightful surprises! 🍀 #CherryBlossomViewing 🌸 #SakuraSeason 🌸 #ThisSeasonIsAllAboutSakura 🌸
