3-Day Family Trip to Copenhagen, Denmark

Copenhagen is perfect for city walking with kids 👨‍👩‍👧! We woke up naturally every day, had a big breakfast at the hotel 🥐, went out around noon, explored, and returned in the evening. We even visited two amusement parks—mom got to see everything she wanted, and the kids had a blast! Day 1 We headed out around 4 PM: 📍 Nyhavn → Amalienborg Palace Garden → Frederik's Church → The Little Mermaid 🧜♀️ → Kastellet Park 🏞️ Finished around 8 PM—and it was still bright outside! ☀️ Day 2 Another relaxed start at noon: 📍 Rosenborg Garden → Rosenborg Castle → Copenhagen University Library → Round Tower 🏰📚 We went back to the hotel for a nap 😴, then headed to Tivoli Gardens 🎠 We played until closing at 10 PM—the night lights were gorgeous 💫! A 5-year-old can enjoy many rides: merry-go-round, swing carousel, mini train 🚂... even tried the mildest roller coaster (a bit scary for him though 😅—he said, “I’m not in love with roller coasters yet!”). Older kids would love it! Day 3 Took a bus to the spectacular Grundtvig’s Church ⛪—my little one said, “It’s so pretty, Mom! Take me to more places like this!” Then we rushed to Experimentarium 🧪🔬 and played until closing at 5 PM. So many fun exhibits—we were too busy playing to take photos! Highly recommended for all ages. 🎟️ Buy tickets online for discounts! If you still have energy, go shopping at Strø📌 Note: Many attractions close between 4–5 PM—plan ahead! #Copenhagen #FamilyTravel #TravelWithKids #Denmark #AmusementPark #CityWalk
