4 Days 3 Nights in Kazan
Summer in Russia is perfect for travel! ☀️🙇🏻♀️ Day 1 Arrived in Kazan at 3:30 PM and headed straight for food! 🍜 🍽️ Топ Азия: Tried Vietnamese spring rolls and squid—yum! 😋 Stir-fried instant noodles were a bit salty 😅 Sweet and sour pork was overly sweet but still okay! Afternoon city walk 🚶♀️: Kazan Kremlin 🏰 National Museum of Tatarstan (right opposite the Kremlin) 🖼️ Kul Sharif Mosque (absolutely stunning! 👌💫) Note: Women need to cover their hair and knees to enter. Bowl of Love 💑 Dinner at Старый Амбар: Pork knuckle (small portion was enough!) 🍖 Tried a shot of local liquor—almost knocked me out! 😵💫 Day 2 Early boat trip to Sviyazhsk Island 🚢⛴️: Caught the 8 AM boat (2-hour ride) Island has cafes but pricier than downtown 💸 Scenic views and great for photos 📸 Climbed a church tower and got startled by the bell ringing! 🔔😆 3-4 hours is enough to explore—left on the 1 PM boat back. Dinner: Big Plate Chicken China Impression’s blood curd stew (flavor was good, but ingredients were meh… try it for the taste!) 🌶️ Kazan is a mix of culture, food, and fun! 🤩 Highly recommend adding it to your Russia travel list! 📍 #RussiaTravel #ExploreRussia #Kazan #KazanFood #KazanLife #StudyInRussia #RussianCulture 🏛️🍽️🚢
