4.9-star Thai Cuisine Veteran Soothr Makes a Stunning Debut in LIC 🌟

When I first arrived in New York three years ago and searched for delicious Thai food, I always came across this famous affordable Michelin-rated Soothr. I’ve only been there twice, and it’s always hard to get a reservation. The curry and short ribs I had back then were just amazing! 🌟 🌴 I never expected that they would open a branch in LIC with more seating and a bigger space! On a Wednesday evening, it was already packed—truly a veteran Thai restaurant. The dishes are as good as ever! 🌺 Talking about the menu, there are many items exclusive to LIC! So thoughtful. I chose some classic dishes that I really missed: Koong Karee (Curry Shrimp): A signature dish that’s just so comforting! 😭 The flavor of the creamy coconut curry is so rich, and it pairs perfectly with the large, bouncy shrimp. 🌆 Every bite is a revelation! Mixed with rice... you’ll end up eating several bowls without even realizing it. 🍜 🌴 Panang Duck Lychee Curry: The combination of flavors here is magical. There are two pieces of sweet lychee in the curry, and the duck is so tender!
