43 Euro Gallery Michelin—Who Needs Anything Else? 🌟
I came here with a friend to try out the one-Michelin-star lunch set. It's located right by the Seine River—such a great spot! 🌊 On weekdays, the lunch set is 43 euros for two courses and 49 euros for three. I ordered the poisson mariné for the appetizer, which was sashimi, prepared in a very Japanese style. The flavors of yuzu and ginger really stood out. 🍣 For the main course, I had cochon iberique, which was like pork belly, along with dumplings. I even found pig's ears in there 😂! The taste was very Asian and a bit on the salty side. My friend had scallops for the appetizer and fish for the main course (both of which cost extra). These dishes were more on the French side. Water is not free here; there's no complimentary carafe d'eau. 🚿 The ambiance of the restaurant is great, and the service is excellent. The semi-open kitchen lets you see the chef's team preparing the dishes. In terms of taste, I'd say it's pretty standard, but for this price, it's definitely worth trying a Michelin experience. 🌟 Reservations are a must! You can call to book, but if you book online, you'll need to link a credit card. If you don't show up, they will charge you. 📞 #FrenchCuisine #WesternFood #RestaurantInAGallery #HiddenGemRestaurant #DesignRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendationInAnArtGallery #ParisMichelin #AffordableParisMichelin #ParisRestaurant #ParisianFrenchCuisine
