A 32 Euro Michelin-Recommended Meal in Paris!

I dined here last year, and it seems they've changed the menu this year. But with a 4.8-star rating and a Michelin recommendation🍴, it's definitely worth another visit! 🍊🌼🫛 ▪️ This restaurant excels in combining the fresh scent of citrus, the pungency of roots, the fragrance of fresh herbs, and spices. The seasoning of all dishes is incredibly layered, with a tangy flavor that's very appetizing and textures that are truly impressive. ▪️ Appetizers Smoked eel with licorice, apple vinaigrette, hazelnuts, and caramelized butter sauce Poached white asparagus with Meyer lemon and kiwi, mint sabayon sauce, and seaweed cream Trout fillet, rich in flavor, with tender yet not undercooked meat, served with asparagus and a rich bouillabaisse sauce, creating distinct layers of taste ▪️ Main Course North Sea cod with celery and small onions, oyster cream white sauce, sweet clover, and grapefruit vinegar ▪️ Dessert Grilled peaches and red fruits Almond cream, candied orange peel, and marigold lemon blossom soup The lunch set menu is just 32 euros for two courses! Three courses are 39 euros. It's even better than many starred Michelin restaurants!! 📍 Restaurant Eels 27 Rue d'Hauteville, 75010 Paris, France PS: Reservations are a must. #GlobalFoodieContest #Paris #ParisianLife #ParisTravel
