A Bowl of Shining Beef Tartare Bibimbap! ✨🍚 Daeho Vegas

Daeho Las Vegas is one of our family’s most-visited Korean restaurants. We’ve been going since they opened—back then, the ingredients, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch! 👍🌟 But lately, we’ve noticed a drop in quality 😔… For example, their signature Galbi-jjim (braised short rib with rice cakes, topped with cheese 🧀, torched for that stretchy pull—tender and fragrant!) used to be amazing. But now the meat just isn’t as flavorful—we suspect they might be using short ribs that were already used for making broth (another menu item) 🍲, which makes the meat tougher and less rich. What’s always remained reliable, though, is the Yukhoe Bibimbap (beef tartare bibimbap) 🥩🍚! I’d call this the #1 dish in the whole restaurant—worth visiting for alone! 🧚♀️ The raw beef is so fresh it practically glows! Every time I eat it, I tell my husband I feel like I’m glowing too ✨💫 lol You can choose purple rice, and the bean sprouts served with it are super tender 🌱💚 If the owner’s in a good mood, I ask to swap onions for extra bean sprouts (free! 😄), but if not… he might charge extra 🤷♀️—no fixed rule! 🤦♀️ Once, during a diet, I “cheated” and came at 6 PM for a bowl—guess what? The next day I’d lost 1 lb! Maybe it made me so happy I slept well? 😴⚖️ Now, whenever we can’t decide what to eat, we come here—order the Yukhoe Bibimbap and a beef rib soup, and we’re set! 🥣❤️ Little secret: 👉 When ordering short rib soup, you can pay an extra $8 for a boneless version 🍖💸 The broth is still solid—take it home to cook veggies or make rice soup! 🥬🍚 Even though other dishes aren’t what they used to be, thanks to this one bowl of beef tartare bibimbap, Daeho still holds the top spot for Korean food in my Vegas heart! 🥇💖 📍 Daeho Las Vegas 2580 S Decatur Blvd Suite 5, Las Vegas, NV 89102 Yukhoe Bibimbap is for dine-in only—no takeout!
