Nestled within the Scandinavia House, the Nordic Cultural Center, is the delightful Björk Cafe & Bistro. 🍃🌺 I’ve passed by several times during my city walks on Park Ave and always wanted to try it out. Finally, I got to visit and tick it off my list! 🍽️ Overall, the quality of the ingredients here is top-notch. From the bread served before the meal to a single little potato as a side dish, everything tastes amazing. The decor and choice of tableware exude the unique Nordic aesthetic—it feels like you’re wandering through an IKEA store! 🌿 🍃🌺 Herring Plate (Small) Four different preparations of herring, primarily flavored with a tangy, acidic seasoning. It’s a very appetizing and delicious appetizer, with a presentation that feels both refined and natural. 🍖 🍃🌺 #BjörkCafe&Bistro
