10 Butchers Known as the ultimate Korean BBQ? 😍 The unlimited side dishes and bibimbap are tasty 🥗, but the value is just okay — $100+ per person. The meat quality and quantity aren’t as good as P2. Fogo de Chao A must-visit for iron replenishment during that time of the month! 🩸 The experience of having freshly carved grilled meat at your table is awesome 😊. Several meats and grilled items are delicious. The Midwife and The Baker Finally tried the best croissants in the South Bay! 🥐 The almond croissant is incredible — even my baking-savvy friend praised its perfect酥 topping. The cardamom croissant was also a surprise 🍂, especially paired with Peet’s new pumpkin latte. Fall vibes! Must Be Thai A local restaurant owner strongly recommended the spicy pork belly (far right dish). My eyes went wide when I tasted it! 👀❗️ Crispy fried pork rib stir-fried with aromatic Thai spices — rich but not greasy. Best stir-fry I’ve had in the Bay so far 🌶️. The tom yum fried rice and boat noodles are also great. Eataly A bit disappointed with the boxed tiramisu… 😕 The mascarpone flavor was too heavy, and the ladyfingers needed more coffee soak. Overall a bit dry. Next time I’ll try the fresh version from the restaurant. The pistachio cream in a tube is super nutty 🥜 — planning to use it for Dubai-style chocolates. Dish n Dash Modern Middle Eastern cuisine. Their butter chicken rice is mind-blowing! 😲💫 The rich nuts and spices make the sauce light yet healing — left me feeling nourished and energized. Dzui‘s Cake and Dessert My weekly durian milk tea fix 🧋! Also tried their new snow ear & taro dessert — so good 😌. Feels like healthy, traditional Chinese sweetness. La Caphe How have I only just tried Vietnamese egg coffee and sea salt coffee? 😭☕️ Better than salty cream foam milk tea — way better! Pho Ha Noi Authentic Vietnamese food recommended by a Vietnamese friend, located right in Little Saigon. The beef rib and combination pho are delicious and generous in portion 🍜. The grilled duck sticky rice and Lúc Lắc beef rice are also worth trying. Gyū-Kaku Japanese BBQ A garlic lover’s dream 🧄❤️. After trying over a dozen garlic noodles in the Bay, this is still my top choice. Wide noodles sizzling in a hot stone pot, coated in rich garlic-butter sauce with egg — aromatic but not spicy, super smooth and satisfying. Just typing this makes my mouth water. Trader Joe’s Chocolate Babka Trader Joe’s has lots of tasty stuff, but this chocolate bread is a must-buy no matter the calories 🍫😋. Highly recommended for fans of cinnamon rolls and chocolate! #BayAreaFood #SanJose
