👭🏻 Celebrated a friend’s birthday at this super charming restaurant! The outdoor setup looks just like those private garden restaurants you’d see in American TV shows, while the inside has a European wine cellar vibe. The ambiance is amazing, perfect for celebrating birthdays or anniversaries with friends or a significant other! ——— 🐌 Escargot 💰24: First time trying escargot! The texture is similar to river snails 😂, and they come pre-shelled, served with a delicious herb butter mousse. Each bite is super satisfying! I think there’s also some garlic cream in there—the garlic flavor is strong. 🦢 Foie Gras 💰36: The star of the night! The foie gras was absolutely amazing—juicy and bursting with flavor in every bite! The sauce was a perfect blend of sweet and savory, and it was so addictive when paired with the bread. The honey-roasted pear slices that came with it were divine! 🐮 Tartare 💰27: Beef tartare is a must-order for me whenever I have Western cuisine! The meat was incredibly tender and had a great texture. There was a crispy layer on top that was super tasty—I couldn’t quite tell if it was sweet potato chips or regular potato chips though 😅. 🐟 Morue 💰55: Atlantic cod served with a scallop mousse sauce that was wonderfully fresh and sweet! The fish was cut into large, fresh chunks. They even portioned out the main course for us before serving, which was a nice touch 👍🏻. 🐷 Porc 💰48: An incredibly hearty dish with a thick slice of pork belly, served with a dried plum sauce. Definitely worth trying!
