This restaurant, transformed from an old tire factory, retains its original steel structure, with ferns hanging from the high ceiling. 🌳 On Sunday morning, sunlight streams through the arched glass windows, casting dappled shadows on the exposed red brick walls. 💟We came to Adele's Nashville to celebrate our company's 40th anniversary and were seated at a corner long table with a view of the open kitchen. The dancing flames in the wood-fired oven became the focal point of the space, where the chef was grilling the day's special—bone-in ribeye. ⭐ 🍃We opted for the celebration set, which included slow-roasted beef brisket and herb-roasted chicken. 🔅The freshly made waffles in the dessert area carried a comforting cinnamon aroma, paired with a salted caramel sauce that was unexpectedly not overly sweet.
