A Day in Las Vegas: Strolling, Exploring & Catching a Show 🎭

Getting Around: Walking + Uber πŸšΆβ™€οΈπŸš— πŸ“ Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign Took an Uber to the Trump Hotel entrance in the morning 🏨 Arrived around 10 AM β€” already crowded with a long queue πŸ˜… Tip: Skip the line and take photos from the side! Still looks great πŸ“Έ A self-proclaimed photographer offered free photos (tips appreciated). Most people tipped after taking pics! πŸ“ Luxor Hotel Headed over by Uber πŸš– Famous for its pyramid shape and giant Sphinx β€” totally iconic! πŸ“ New York-New York Hotel & Casino Spotted the Statue of Liberty πŸ—½ with a roller coaster behind it 🎒 Walked across the pedestrian bridge for a better view β€” you can also see a castle nearby 🏰 πŸ“ MGM Grand Booked two tickets for David Copperfield’s magic show at 7 PM 🎩 Got 5th row, center seats β€” perfect view! Tried booking online via MGM’s website earlier, but my card didn’t go through πŸ’³β€¦ so I booked in person instead. 🍝 Lunch Grabbed a quick bite inside one of the hotel food courts πŸ₯ͺ πŸ›οΈ M&M’s World Two floors full of candies, clothes, and cute M&M’s figures β€” so fun and colorful! 🍫 πŸ₯€ Coca-Cola Store Similar vibe to M&M’s World β€” loved their hat collection! πŸ‘’ πŸͺ Stopped by an Asian market Picked up some snacks and fruits for later 🍊🍬 All these spots were within walking distance! After that, took an Uber back to the hotel to rest up a bit. 😌 πŸŽͺ David Copperfield Show at MGM Headed back to MGM, arrived 30 mins early ⏳ Showed our e-tickets, seats were perfect! Before the show: Phones had to be silenced and placed in a box on the table πŸ”‡ Great storytelling and audience interaction β€” David even stood right next to me! He gave a magic prop to the kid beside me β€” so special! ✨ Show wrapped in under 1.5 hours πŸ•— βœ… Other show options: KA, O, male revues, etc. β€” lots to pick from! (Note: Not all are at MGM.) βœ… Always check official websites for the latest show schedules β€” I spotted some new ones today! πŸ’Ž Wynn Hotel Took an Uber to Wynn for some shopping πŸ›οΈ, but it was closed. Still enjoyed the beautiful ambiance and strolled around πŸ’« Walked back to Trump Hotel from there 🏨 πŸ’Έ Transport Cost: 4 Uber rides = $53 (before tips). Not too far between stops β€” you could walk if the weather's nice and you’ve got the energy! β˜€οΈ No rush, no stress β€” just a chill, memorable day. Why This Meant a Lot: I’ve loved David Copperfield since I was little β€” watching him on TV and now seeing him live felt like a dream come true πŸ’« Tomorrow: Heading out to the canyons and small towns outside the city.
