A Day of Culinary Delights in Bentonville

📍CO-OP On my first Saturday in Bentonville, I discovered a ramen spot just an 11-minute walk from where I’m staying. ✅I ordered pickled cucumber slices and a bowl of Tokyo Chintan Ramen. Following my ramen-eating habit from New York, I added an extra egg and an extra portion of noodles. ✅The pickled cucumber slices were delicious—chilled, tangy, with a subtle sweetness and a sprinkle of chili powder that gave them a unique kick. Perfect for a hot day, especially paired with a cold drink. 🍃The Tokyo Chintan Ramen was also excellent. The broth was clear yet rich with chicken flavor, not greasy at all. 📷It came with three thick slices of chashu, which had a lightly smoked sweetness that suited my taste perfectly. 🍃 If I had to describe it, the flavor reminded me of a roast meat stall from my local market back home! 📷The ramen noodles had a nice chew, but I actually preferred the extra thin straight noodles I added—their texture was closer to Suzhou-style noodles, even better than the original ramen noodles. #Bentonville #RamenSpot #Arkansas
