A Day of Culinary Delights in Bentonville
šCO-OP On my first Saturday in Bentonville, I discovered a ramen spot just an 11-minute walk from where Iām staying. ā I ordered pickled cucumber slices and a bowl of Tokyo Chintan Ramen. Following my ramen-eating habit from New York, I added an extra egg and an extra portion of noodles. ā The pickled cucumber slices were deliciousāchilled, tangy, with a subtle sweetness and a sprinkle of chili powder that gave them a unique kick. Perfect for a hot day, especially paired with a cold drink. šThe Tokyo Chintan Ramen was also excellent. The broth was clear yet rich with chicken flavor, not greasy at all. š·It came with three thick slices of chashu, which had a lightly smoked sweetness that suited my taste perfectly. š If I had to describe it, the flavor reminded me of a roast meat stall from my local market back home! š·The ramen noodles had a nice chew, but I actually preferred the extra thin straight noodles I addedātheir texture was closer to Suzhou-style noodles, even better than the original ramen noodles. #Bentonville #RamenSpot #Arkansas
