A Day of Sushi Tasting in Nashville!

📍Sushi-San Nashville 💟I tried several signature dishes at Sushi San. The crispy rice sushi had a fragrant, seared outer layer, paired with wagyu tartare and spicy tuna, creating rich layers of texture. However, among the maki rolls, aside from the spicy scallop roll which stood out in flavor, the other varieties were not distinctly different. Additionally, the rice was slightly too soft and lacked the springy texture typical of sushi rice.💫 🌼The tempura had a light, crispy coating with a well-balanced dipping sauce.
