A delicious Mediterranean restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphe

🍽️ Must-Try Dishes Spreads of the Med The eggplant dip and spicy hummus are chef’s kiss—creamy, flavorful, and paired with soft, fluffy pita bread that’s infused with olive oil aroma. I loved it so much that I went to Trader Joe’s the next day to buy artichoke spread (also a great pick!) just to satisfy the craving.🤩 Short Rib Hornazo My first time trying this Spanish meat pie, and it was a flavor explosion! Flaky, buttery pastry wrapped around tender short rib, caramelized pearl onions, and a surprisingly delicious hard-boiled egg that tastes just like salted egg yolk—topped with crispy fried onion bits, every bite has so much depth.🤩 Harissa Eggplant Fries Deep-fried eggplant fries were another first for me—crispy on the outside, with a great texture inside, and served with a tangy, refreshing dip that cuts through the richness perfectly. The chef even sent over a side of Middle Eastern garlic sauce (my favorite!)—light, not heavy, with a lovely mild garlic flavor, such a sweet touch. Seafood Paella Easily one of the best paellas I’ve ever had! Every spoonful is packed with plump shrimp and tender scallops. The rice is fully cooked (no underdone grains here), and while it’s seasoned on the salty side (as paella often is), it’s milder than most—just perfect for my taste. Moroccan Date Cake I’d been craving date cake, and this one hit the spot 😆! We watched the chefs make desserts all night, so we had to try one. It’s a well-crafted dessert—half chocolate, half caramel notes—decent overall, but a bit sweet (true to Mediterranean dessert style). 🍷 Drinks & Extras The wine list is really interesting, though we didn’t have much to drink this time so no specific recommendations yet. A fun bonus: There’s a pumpkin patch right downstairs in the middle of the city street—it’s super pretty, definitely worth a quick visit before or after your meal! This spot is the ultimate pick for a relaxed, delicious Friday night—great food, beautiful ambiance, and that perfect laid-back vibe for sharing good food with good people. #ColoradoEats #DenverFoodie #MediterraneanCuisine #DenverHiddenGem #USStudyAbroad #DenverTravel #TapasLovers #FridayNightVibes #AmericanFoodAdventures
