A Delicious Seafood Bistro in Paris πŸ™πŸ¦πŸ¦ž

🌟 Tucked away in a corner of Paris, this restaurant with a distinct oceanic vibe is perfect for a casual meal with friends. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you'll often see diners from the next table grab their wine glasses and continue their conversation on the sidewalk. The staff is very attentive, and their recommendations for dishes and the wine list are highly satisfactory. 🍷 🌟 Recommended Menu: Raw Fish (marinated sashimi with fresh cilantro and thinly sliced onions, creating a sweet and refreshing combination). Oyster tasting platter πŸ¦ͺ: incredibly fresh with a great natural sweetness. Half Crab πŸ¦€: I'm not a huge crab fan, but I was pleasantly surprised by the sweet and fresh taste. Whelks and Aioli 🐚: boiled and served with a dipping sauce that I absolutely loved. For drinks, we ordered a white wine recommended by the staff. It's light-bodied, smooth, neither too sweet nor sour, with a rich and distinct fruity aroma. You can order by the glass, half bottle, or a full bottle, which is very considerate. 🌟 For dessert, the staff recommended something called Kouing-Amann. It's a large piece of puff pastry soaked in butter and baked until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It's a must to dip it in the accompanying yogurt caramel sauce, which balances the sweetness of the bread. Each bite is a symphony of sweet, sour, and buttery flavors without being overwhelming. It's quite unique and definitely worth trying! 🍰 🌟 After a week in Paris, this is a place I've visited twice and would recommend to fellow Parisians. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is very Parisian and relaxed. #ParisFood #ParisLife #ParisRestaurants #France #Seafood #HiddenGemRestaurants #DailyFood #DailyDrinking
