I recently tried a really nice new-style Korean restaurant in San Francisco. I stumbled upon it after failing to get a reservation at another place, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise—both in taste and presentation.👍 The interior of the restaurant has a rustic charm, with dim lighting and a few branches decorating the space, creating a cozy atmosphere.💡 The menu is fairly concise. We ordered three appetizers and two main dishes, and here’s how they ranked in terms of deliciousness: 🥩 Korean Steak Tartare This was a refreshing take on Korean-style steak tartare. It’s a mix of fresh beef, crisp pear🍐, spicy sauce🌶️, and Parmesan cheese🧀, all wrapped in a sheet of nori. The combination is cool, tangy, and spicy, making it impossible to stop eating! 🐟 Gochujang Black Cod This fish dish was an absolute stunner. At first glance, it looks simple, but the taste is incredibly smooth and tender. It literally melts in your mouth! The dish is accompanied by bean sprouts and crispy peaches, which add a nice crunch and help cut through the richness.
