📍Jake's Downtown Following strong recommendations from friends in Billings, we made a point to visit this downtown restaurant. 🥙Choosing to sit at the bar was a wise decision—not only did we get to admire the bartender's skilled craft, but we also met some interesting local diners. 🥙The signature rib steak truly lived up to its reputation. Though slightly thinner than expected, it was cooked to perfection. ✅ We'd recommend opting for medium-rare to preserve the best texture, and the specially crafted sauce, with its subtle sweetness, perfectly complemented the beef's flavor. ✅The fried shrimp were crispy on the outside and tender inside, paired with a refreshing tartar sauce.
