A Fantastic Hotel Experience! 🏨✨

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this well-located hotel near Union Square. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly pleasant visit. One of the highlights was being upgraded to a $99 per night room with access to the exclusive club lounge. The lounge offered stunning top-floor views and fantastic amenities. Each morning, we indulged in a hearty breakfast spread featuring bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast, bagels, and a variety of juices. In the evening, the lounge served beer, wine, assorted cheeses, crackers, and charcuterie boards—a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. 🥓🍷🧀 Our room, #2403, was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. It included a bidet (which I personally appreciated, though my boyfriend wasn’t as enthusiastic 😄), along with a range of amenities like toiletries, a robe, slippers, a mini-fridge, and a safe. The attention to detail made us feel right at home. While the hotel itself was super quiet—we heard virtually no noise—the $125 nightly incidental fee was a bit of a surprise. Although refundable after checkout, it felt steep. The evening snack selection at the club was somewhat limited (chips, cheese, and crackers), and the restaurant closed earlier than we expected. The indoor pool was smaller than anticipated, and the jacuzzi was out of service during our stay. That said, the outdoor seating area near the pool was a lovely spot to relax. ☀️ Despite these minor drawbacks, we loved our stay and would gladly book here again. It’s a comfortable, well-situated hotel with outstanding service and great value—especially if you snag a club lounge upgrade!
