Going to Vegas? You gotta eat, eat, eat! Right in the heart of the Strip, Le Cirque truly lives up to its name. The view from the window overlooks the fountains and the mini Eiffel Tower — and yes, the restaurant is inside the casino (of course 😉), so it’s a bit tricky to find. Nevada doesn’t have Michelin stars, but Le Cirque holds Five AAA Diamonds 💎. Both the decor and the dishes match the restaurant’s name — theatrical and beautifully presented. The servers were incredibly attentive, explaining every ingredient to us — from the scallops and fish fillet to the lamb chops — each dish thoughtfully crafted.
