The staff at Dolby Live made our third visit truly unforgettable. A friendly and welcoming mature African American woman near the escalators on the 2nd and 3rd floors consistently greeted us and helped us find our seats with warmth and efficiency. Additionally, the two staff members pictured went above and beyond to provide exceptional service to all guests.🎶 The venue itself is outstanding—there truly isn’t a bad seat in the house, and the sound quality is absolutely incredible. Every detail, from the acoustics to the atmosphere, contributed to an unforgettable experience.
