A Fun & Free Half-Day in St. Louis!

🎢Forest Park in St. Louis is a must-visit, home to the St. Louis Zoo, Nature Playscape, boat docks, Muny Playscape, the World’s Fair Pavilion, and the Art Museum—all with free admission! 📖(Even the Art Museum’s exhibitions are free on Fridays!) Since we visited the Arch first, we only arrived at the zoo by 4 PM, which felt a bit rushed. 🎵Anne O’C. Albrecht Nature Playscape is absolutely worth a stop. Park along the road, take a short trail (with a small creek where kids can splash around), and you’ll reach a playground unlike any other—no traditional slides or climbing structures, just log-built play zones and four sandpits! ⏰Bring some sand toys, and you can relax while the kids play happily for hours. The trail itself is lined with colorful flowers! ✅After exploring, we grabbed dinner at Medina Mediterranean Grill—a modest-looking spot with great prices, huge portions, and a kid-friendly menu (they serve veggies and sauces separately for picky eaters!). #StLouisZoo #LifeInNorthAmerica #TravelItinerary
