A Gem in Downtown! 💎🏛️

This place is truly a hidden treasure!! So rich with history! 📜 We initially booked a room at a budget hotel but quickly realized our mistake upon arrival. We left that place and drove straight to Kings Courtyard! I had seen this place online but, staying across the river, I wasn't sure we wanted to be "downtown." We knew nothing about Charleston then. We arrived quite late, but James – with his magnificent beard – greeted us with a smile and was delighted to offer us the last available king room! 😄🛏️ The room was spotless! Smelled wonderfully clean! The bed was incredibly comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed the wine and cheese reception and the continental breakfast. 🍷🧀☕ We could walk everywhere from the hotel! 🚶‍♀️ We strolled to Rainbow Row, the Pineapple Fountain, the City Market, visited several churches, and enjoyed some delicious food! 🍽️ We can't wait to return to Charleston, and we will definitely stay at Kings Courtyard again! 💫 #HistoricHotel #PerfectLocation #Walkable #KingsCourtyard #CharlestonCharm
