Exploring uncharted territory on the map — this time it’s Boise, Idaho! 🗺️❄️ 📍 Coa de Jima Downtown on a Friday was packed — super lively! 🎉 Octopus leg: delicious 🐙🔥 Pork shank tacos: also tasty (and honestly as good as Roots — inside joke 😆) A satisfying and fun “white people food” experience! 📍 Pho Nouveau Standard pho — perfect for warming up with broth 🍜❤️ Pork tray: the grilled pork was flavorful! 📍 Boise Fry Co.
