A Healing Kayaking Adventure Near Las Vegas! πŸ›ΆπŸ’š

This is my ninth year visiting Vegas, and I’ve pretty much explored all the nearby attractions β€” but I just discovered this gem! Found online: a guided kayaking tour that meets at Mandalay Bay β€” perfect for those without a rental car πŸŽ‰ I went in early November, and the weather was absolutely perfect β€” comfortably cool, refreshing water, and breathtaking views. The water was this stunning emerald green, crystal clear and so transparent you could see all the way to the bottom, even in the deep parts πŸ’Ž They offer two routes: ❢ 4.5 miles – Great for beginners, takes about 3-4 hours ❷ 12 miles – Better for experienced or duo kayakers 🧰 What to Bring/Wear: Quick-dry clothes (you might get partially wet β€” my pants were soaked πŸ˜…) Sunscreen 🧴, hat, and sunglasses are a MUST Sports shoes that can get wet A change of clothes & extra shoes Your phone/wallet in a waterproof bag (they provide one!) πŸ’‘ Tips from My Experience: If it’s your first time, go as a duo β€” paddling solo is a real workout! πŸ’ͺ Don’t stress if you bump into other kayaks β€” they’re pretty stable! Snacks and water are provided mid-tour 🍌πŸͺ Let yourself pause sometimes and just soak in the views β€” blue skies, emerald water, and total peace πŸŒ€οΈπŸ’™ This was such a relaxing and refreshing experience β€” one I’d definitely do again! If you’ve already been to the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon… give kayaking a try next! #KayakingVegas #HealingTravel #SoloKayak #VegasBeyondTheStrip #NatureTherapy
