A Hidden Gem in Osaka: A Day Trip to Shirahama(2)

Misaki-no-Kabe (Three-Section Cliff): From Senjōjiki, you can walk or take a bus to Misaki-no-Kabe, a 2-kilometer-long and 50–60-meter-high cliff. ♨️ There used to be watchtowers here for monitoring schools of fish. You can pay to ride an elevator that goes down 12 stories deep to explore the sea-eroded caves and marvel at the wonders of nature. 🌊🌟 ♨️ Saki-no-Yu (Saki Hot Spring): As one of the few remaining open-air natural hot springs, Saki-no-Yu is less than 10 meters from the sea. Soaking in the warm spring water while enjoying the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and listening to the sound of waves crashing against the shore is truly delightful. 🏖️🌊 Note that you need to bring your own towel; if you don't have one, you'll have to purchase one. 🌊♨️ Shirahama Beach: Head to Shirahama Beach, famous for its quartz sand that forms a pristine white beach. It's also one of the earliest beaches to open for swimming in Honshu during the summer. Walk along the beach, enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze, or play in the shallow waters to relax and unwind. 🏖️🌊 🏖️🌊 End of the Day: Wrap up your day by taking a bus back to Shirahama Station. Depending on your train schedule, hop on the JR Kuroshio train to return to Osaka. 🚈 #Japan 🌺🌟
