A Hidden Gem in the City: Tokyo's Rikugien Garden 🌟
Every time I accompany my husband to buy goro's shoes, we pass by Rikugien, but we've never actually gone in. 🍃🌸 This time, we made a special trip to Tokyo just for it (and found a parking lot with a maximum fee of 1000 yen on Sundays and holidays—such a bargain)! 🚗 There aren't many people there. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a large expanse of lawn and a lake. 🌿🌟 They say there are 88 scenic spots, but they're a bit exaggerated (just kidding). The deeper you go, the more refreshing the dense greenery feels. 🍃🌸 There are lots of maple trees, which are a bit more tender and green than other trees. 🌿🌟I bet they'll be stunning when they turn red in the fall. I wonder if it gets crowded in autumn. The admission fee is very affordable. There's an annual pass, and you can even buy a combo ticket with the Old Furukawa Garden, without needing to visit on the same day. 🍃🌸 #Rikugien #JapanHiddenGems #JapanTravel 🌇
