A Hidden Gem Michelin Star in New York⭐️ | Estela
Tonight, my friends and I visited Estela, a lesser-known but highly praised one-Michelin-starred restaurant. 🌟 The vibe inside feels more like a cozy bar. We ordered a cocktail from the menu 🥃, which was really delicious, though I can't remember its name now. 🌟 Their dishes are super creative. When you see them, they look different from what you expect based on the menu, but they all taste amazing. Their signature salad is a must-try. The leaves are like little spoons, filled with nuts and cheese. Eating it with the leaves is so fun and refreshing! 🍃 We also had a crab dish, topped with potato chips. The crab meat was incredibly fresh and flavorful. 🌟The third dish, covered with green leaves🥬, was lobster🦞. It was so good—I loved it! For the main course, we tried squid ink risotto🦑. But to be honest, it tasted similar to homemade egg fried rice. It's not a must-order. We also had venison, cooked rare. It was pretty good, too. For dessert, we had the highly recommended chocolate cake. The cream on top was really smooth, but the chocolate was a bit too sweet for my taste. 🌟 Overall, the food was really tasty. The average cost per person is around $150. 💪 Address: 47 E Houston St 1st floor, New York, NY 10012 #NewYork 🌉🌟
