A Highly Recommended Universal Gem – Perfect for Early Park Entry! ✨🏰

We stayed at the magnificent Helios Grand for 2 fantastic nights, primarily to benefit from the incredible early entry to the Universal Studios theme park. 🎢 The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail is evident throughout the entire property, from the stunning lobby and the various restaurants to the well-appointed guest rooms. 🏨✨ Our check-in experience handled by Austin was seamless and quick, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. He was fantastic! 🙌 He even gave us excellent tips to get onto our first-choice ride, the Harry Potter attraction, by using the early entry perk wisely. Only a few rides are open at 9 am, but you are allowed to get in the queue, significantly cutting your overall wait time – a huge advantage! ⏰🧙♂️ As UK citizens, we only had a one-day ticket for the parks. So, on our first day, we decided to relax and have a swim. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of comfortable loungers and umbrellas for much-needed shade. 🏊♂️☀️ We also enjoyed a lovely drink in the stylish bar at the top of the hotel and saw the beginnings of the nighttime show from a distance, which looked magical! 🌃🍸 We ate at the delightful Flora restaurant. Our meal came quickly and was very tasty! My husband said his Wagyu burger was literally the best he'd ever had! 🍔😋 The early entry process was very efficient. Following Austin's advice, we went down to the entrance at 8:45 am and went straight through security with no wait at all – it was perfect! 👍 We had a great day in the park, and being able to wander back to the comfort of the Helios Grand at the end of a busy, tiring day was absolutely glorious. 🚶♀️💤 The room we had was spacious, comfortable, and offered a nice view of the back of the hotel and the Orlando skyline. We all loved our stay.
