To make matters worse, when we finally arrived at the "Cave of Hercules" , we found it closed early due to Ramadan ๐ซ. No matter how much our guide and a few of the ladies pleaded with the guard, he remained unmoved. ๐ผWe were left standing there, truly experiencing the feeling of "gazing across the ocean and sighing helplessly." With a tinge of regret, we made our way to the Cap Spartel Lighthouse ๐. Located on a hillside over 300 meters above sea level at the Cape Spartel in Tangier, it marks the dividing point between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. ๐ข ๐The phrase "pointing to the Atlantic with one hand and lifting the Mediterranean with the other" perfectly captures its essence.
