A Local Ramen Spot Recommended by a Friend in Stockholm
๐ผSeizing the last sunny day in April, I decided to go for a walk and happened to be transferring at T-Centralen, so I chose Ai Ramen, a place a Swedish friend claims to visit at least once a week! Upon arriving, I noticed that it seems to be run by Swedes and is frequented mostly by Swedish customers. Initially, I thought I might be disappointed, but after trying the dishes, I was pleasantly surprised.๐ผ Sthlm Shoyu ๐๐๐๐ ๐ผThe char siu (barbecued pork) is really good! Although it's not flame-seared, it doesn't matter at all. I'd say it's the best char siu in Stockholm! The soy sauce-based broth is just right, not too salty, and when paired with the noodles, everything is perfectly balanced. My boyfriend even finished the entire bowl of soup! The soft-boiled egg is also well-prepared!๐ผ Spicy Miso ๐๐๐๐ ๐ผIt tastes like Korean spicy chicken from Chuncheon, haha. If you're a fan of Korean cuisine like me, you'll definitely love it! The chicken is tender and flavorful. While it's not authentic in terms of ramen, I really enjoyed this bowl of noodles! The only downside is that it was a bit too spicy for me, so remember, spicy food lovers, be cautious with the soup. The restaurant is recommended for outdoor dining on nice days, as the indoor atmosphere feels a bit stuffy and the smell is quite strong! Both flavors of the noodles are delicious. If you prefer a Korean style, go for the spicy miso, and if you prefer a more traditional Japanese ramen, choose the shoyu!๐ผ #LifeInSweden #StudyingInSweden #NordicLife #ExploreWithMe #Ramen #WeekendExploration ### name:Ai Ramen Klara address:Gamla Brogatan 27, 111 20 Stockholm type:place ###
