A Lovely, Well-Located Resort with Fantastic Pools! 🌟🏊♂️

Lovely resort, exceptionally clean, with staff who are incredibly friendly and helpful. 🧹🙂 The pools are absolutely lovely and very well maintained, providing a perfect spot to relax. 🏊♀️💦 Plus, the location is great for visiting Disney! 🏰🎢 The resort was indeed lovely and clean. We had a 1-bedroom apartment. I had specifically asked for a refurbished room, which we did receive. However, it was still a little tired and dated; the only thing that seemed newly refurbished was the floor. 😅 The furniture was old and somewhat chipped, and some walls and door frames could definitely do with a fresh lick of paint. Also, the apartment had a slightly musty smell when you first walked in, but it dissipated after a while. 🚪🖌️ But it was clean and perfectly functional for what we needed! The kitchen was fantastic—it had everything you could possibly think of, including all the necessary utensils. 🍳🔪 The bed was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long park days. 🛏️😴 The air conditioning was a godsend in the Florida heat and worked very well. ❄️👍 The location was great for us because we had hired a car. It was only about 10 minutes from Disney and roughly 20 minutes from Universal. 🚗📍 However, there wasn't an awful lot immediately surrounding the resort—just a few restaurants, a Dollar Tree, and a Walgreens. We have stayed on International Drive before and personally preferred that area, as you can just go out and walk around with so much more to see and do right there. 🛍️🍽️ Overall, I was happy with our stay at the SPM - Blue Tree Resort and would happily stay again.
