A meal crafted by a former Michelin two-star chef in Paris
I wanted to find a Michelin-starred restaurant on Google Maps đŽ that I could book, but they were mostly fully booked. I managed to reserve a spot at this restaurant a day in advance, where the chefs are the former Michelin two-star chef Michel Portos and another chef, Erik Marchesan. Rated 4.6, I think itâs pretty decent. They say the menu is updated every season, so the pictures on Google might not be accurate. đ For the appetizer, I ordered Short beef ribs, which came with a mysterious green bubble-like thing on the side. The sauce at the bottom was made with blood orange, giving it a surprisingly refreshing taste. Orange lovers would definitely enjoy it. đđ Being a steak enthusiast, I went for the Flank Steak, which was listed as Angus on the menu. I usually like my steak rare, and this one looked pretty raw, but it was incredibly tender and easy to chew. Paired with the pinkish side dish, it had a spicy kick that cut through the richness (my sister found it a bit too spicy, but I loved it). đ„©đ¶ïž The fish, Swordfish, was out of this world! I have no idea how they cooked it, but it was super tender, haha! My sister even checked if it was fully cooked after taking a bite because it was that tender â almost melt-in-your-mouth. Fish lovers should definitely give it a try, especially with the pickled vegetables. đđ This place seems like a good option when youâre not sure what to eat. Itâs not too hard to book, and you can make a reservation on Google Maps by checking the available times. The price is posted at the back; we had a meal for two for 124 euros đ¶. For a dinner associated with the Michelin name, I think itâs reasonable. Without the title, Iâd say itâs a bit pricey, haha. đđž #France #Paris #Michelin #ParisMichelinRestaurant #FrenchCuisine
