A memorable dining restaurant.
✨Waiter's Gastro Bar was the biggest surprise of our trip. The restaurant is compact, with seven or eight tables arranged neatly, yet everything is clean and well-organized. 🌈When we arrived at 7 p.m., most tables were already occupied—fortunately, we had asked our hotel to make a reservation in advance. Our server, Billy, was truly professional. Noticing we were tourists, he proactively recommended the fresh seafood caught that day. 🥣We took his advice and ordered the grilled fish set. The fish had a fragrant, crispy skin, and the flesh flaked apart easily with chopsticks. 🍊 The fried rice served alongside was perfectly cooked, with each grain distinct. The mojito was refreshing and not overly sweet, made with fresh ingredients. 🍹On our second visit, we tried the braised beef. It was tender and flavorful, and the taro mash paired with it complemented the dish wonderfully when dipped in the meat juices. The service was quick—dishes started arriving within fifteen minutes of ordering. #SanJuanTravel #Seafood #SanJuanEats
